Student leadership
Student Council: tomorrow's leaders, today
The PHA Student Council is a robust, meaningful self-governing student body that teaches important life skills — listening to differing points of view, compromise, collaboration and public speaking.
Supervised by our staff, Student Council creates and runs supplemental programming that augments the curriculum, including a special event for every Rosh Chodesh themed to the Jewish calendar.

8th grade
A year of responsibility — and a trip to remember
Each year, our eighth graders raise funds toward their class trip by running events throughout the year. Their community dinners are fan favorites!
Along the way they learn the virtues of hard work, customer service, fiscal responsibility and money management — then celebrate with a super special end-of-year trip and 8th grade graduation.
After school
Clubs, teams and more
Sports, Mishnayot Masmidim, ballet, karate, girls' dance, hockey skills, homework club and robotics — offered after school for a nominal fee.
