Middot: the foundation everything else is built on

We place a very strong emphasis on developing middot tovot and healthy character in every student. We see it as paramount — the very foundation upon which all other learning is built.

Successful Me

A new middah every month

Through our Successful Me program, students are introduced to a new middah each month — and the whole school focuses on it together.

How it works

Four ways each middah comes to life

  1. In every classroom

The Middah of the Month is part of the focus of every class.

  2. "Caught" being good

Staff are on the lookout to catch students living the middah — and praise them for it.

  3. Postcards home

Each week, parents of students who stood out receive a postcard letting them know how proud we are.

  4. Wall of Fame

At month's end, each class's winner receives a certificate and a place on our Wall of Fame — then it's mailed home with a note for parents.
