Our approach

Teachers who love children — and plan for the whole child

Our program is designed to meet the diverse needs and interests of every student.

Instructional planning strives to foster all facets of a growing child: social, emotional and academic. With Smart technology in every classroom, a computer for each student and over 50 tablets for in-class use, our staff has the tools to engage 21st-century learners.

Physical education and the arts are a regular part of every student's experience, and acclaimed Waterford and SuccessMaker software provides additional resource and enrichment support.

Judaic Studies

  • Lehavin U'lehaskil for Chumash skills and Hebrew grammar
  • Davening infused with love, feeling and the meaning of the tefillot
  • General Jewish knowledge, middot and the weekly Parsha
  • Conversational Ivrit
  • Halacha, including the study of the chagim
  • A huge emphasis on fluent, accurate kriah
  • Navi and Mishna begin in 4th grade

  • Wonders series for reading, grammar and spelling
  • Saxon Math, aligned to state standards, in every grade
  • Science following the Next Generation Science Standards
  • Social studies: communities, early civilizations in America, U.S. geography and the 50 states, and American history to the Civil War

Mornings start with tefillah and Torah learning; afternoons bring General Studies, specials and plenty of time to play.
