From application to first day
Create your TADS account
Start the PHA application online. You can save and come back any time.
Go to TADSSubmit documents
Upload the required records for your child. We'll send you a personalized checklist.
Meet with us
We'll schedule a time for your family to meet our principals and visit classrooms.
Decision & enrollment
Receive your acceptance letter, then complete enrollment to officially join the PHAmily.
Review note: Please confirm the exact TADS application link, application fee (if any), required documents per grade, and whether there's a student visit/assessment. We'll turn the checklist into a downloadable PDF too.
Applying for aid?
Do both at once
TADS handles PHA's need-based tuition assistance too. Most families apply for admission and aid at the same time — and also apply for Arizona ESA or STO scholarships.
Before you start, have handy:
- Basic family and contact information
- Your child's current school and most recent report card
- Any learning evaluations or IEP/MET documents (if applicable)
- For aid: recent tax returns and income documents
